MEN’S BASKETBALL’S MANNY ROACH RECOGNIZED AT HALFTIME OF MANOR COLLEGE-PATRICK HENRY COLLEGE GAME FOR 1,000 CAREER COLLEGIATE POINTS

JENKINTOWN, PA–United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) Division I Manor College (8-3 overall, 3-0 Eastern States Athletic Conference) junior guard Manny Roach (Medford, NJ/Life Center Academy) was recognized at halftime of the Manor-Patrick Henry College game for 1,000 career collegiate points.

Fifth-year Manor Head Men's Basketball Coach Leo Mahon presented Roach at mid-court with a picture that shows Roach in a shooting motion in the foreground. This picture has 1,000 in large, dark numbers in the top of the picture's background with the Blue Jay logo in the middle.  This picture also has MANNY ROACH in light blue letters in a dark-bordered text box towards the bottom.  Below Roach's name in the text box reads as follows in dark numbers and letters: 1,000 COLLEGIATE POINTS on one line and the final line at the bottom reads 12/17/25 VS CENTRAL PENN COLLEGE.

Roach was later joined in this halftime ceremony by his family and teammates.

Roach scored his 1,000th career collegiate points on a three-point basket with 3:09 remaining in the second half in the 106-73 road victory versus the USCAA Division II Central Pennsylvania College Knights at the East Pennsboro Middle School Gymnasium.  He joined Aaron Brown who scored 1,202 in 44 games between the 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 seasons when Manor was competing in the Eastern Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference (EPCC).  Entering the Manor-Patrick Henry game, Roach has 1,028 career points in 51 games.  He needs 175 to pass Brown.

Roach also entered the Manor-Patrick Henry contest leading the team in the following categories: minutes (427) and per game (35.6), overall field goals made (82) and per game (6.8), overall field goal attempts (207) and per game (17.2), three-point field goals made (46) and per game (3.5), three-point field goal attempts (125) and per game (10.3), three-point field goal percentage (36.8), free throws made (56) and per game (4.7) and per game (7.1), free throw percentage (77.8), points (266) and per game (22.2), assists (61) and per game (5.1) and blocked shots (12) and per game (1.0).   Roach also leads Manor with 12 double-figure scoring games.  He is second on the Blue Jays in free throw attempts (72) and per game (6.0) and steals (22) and per game (1.8).  Roach is tied for second in defensive rebounds (60) and per game (5.0).

Roach also became the first Manor Men's Basketball player to win the USCAA Division I Player of the Week twice in the same season and in consecutive weeks. He was named December 9-December 15, 2025 and December 16, 2025-January 5, 2026.  Roach was also named to the 2025 All-Roadrunner Classic Team for the second consecutive season.
