MANOR COLLEGE’S MANNY ROACH NAMED USCAA DIVISION I MEN’S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK FOR THE THIRD TIME THIS SEASON

PITTSBURGH, PA–Manor College (16-4 overall, 7-0 Eastern States Athletic Conference) junior guard Manny Roach (Medford, NJ/Life Center Academy) was named to the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) Division I Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the period December 15, 2025-January 5, 2026.

This is the first time a Blue Jay was named USCAA Division I Men's Basketball Player of the Week three times in the same season and four times in a career..  

Roach led both teams with points (28), overall field goals made (10), overall field goal attempts (19), three-point field goals made (six), three-point goal attempts (11) in a 102-87 home win versus the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Fisher College (Massachusetts) Falcons on February 19.  He also led Manor in overall field goals made (season-high 14), overall field goal attempts (career-high and Blue Jay- USCAA School Record 32), three-point field goals made (four), and three-point field goal attempts (15) in a 95-66 home win versus the USCAA Division II Central Pennsylvania College Knights on February 21.  Roach also led both teams with 22 second-half points as part of the second-half double-digit comeback victory versus the Knights. His 32-points versus Central Pennsylvania was his Manor school-USCAA record-tying 20th double-figure scoring and third 30-point game of the season.  Defensively, he tied his season-highs in blocked shots (three), and steals (five) versus the Knights.

Roach leads the team in the following categories: minutes (707) and per game (35.4), overall field goals made (146) and per game (7.3), overall field goal attempts (348) and per game (17.4), three-point field goals made (73) and per game (3.6), three-point field goal attempts (202) and per game (10.1), three-point field goal percentage (36.1), free throw percentage (78.7), points (Manor school-USCAA record 439) and per game (21.9), assists (92) and per game (4.6), steals (42) and per game (2.1), and blocked shots (25) and per game (1.3).  He also leads Manor in the following: double-figure scoring games (Manor USCAA-record tying 20) and 30-point games (Manor USCAA-record tying three).   Roach is second on the team in the following: free throws made (74) and per game (3.7), free throw attempts (94) and per game (4.7), defensive rebounds (106) and per game (5.3), and 20-point games (seven).   Roach is one of three Blue Jays to play and start in all 20 games this season.
